Hotel Concordia Nos gustó mucho el hotel y el trato que recibimos. Está recién remodelado, con cuartos de baño nuevos y habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Y el precio, teniendo en cuenta lo que había visto en otros hoteles de Palermo, no es excesivo. No tienen un espacio para servir el desayuno pero han buscado alternativas y, a cambio, te lo ofrecen en tu habitación. El servicio fue siempre muy atento y lo único que nos pareció excesivamente caro fue la mini-plaza de parking que te ofrecen en un espacio muy reducido en un local cercano al hotel.

Hotel Concordia Hotel was very central, easy to find clean and efficient.

Hotel Concordia Problem with excessive smoke in lobby area and check in, drifting down hallway. However, our room was free of smoke. We had requested non-smoking room.

Hotel Concordia Road noise was a problem. Did not realise this was abusy main road, however very handy to all facilities. Fridge in room mouldy.

Hotel Concordia Hotel in very convenient location for railway station and visiting Palermo's sights. Overall a good budget choice but our room very near reception desk (room 9) meant that we were woken several times in the night by the telephone ringing which was very disturbing. Butter at breakfast all rancid. Tasty pizzeria on opposite side of street left out of hotel though.

Hotel Concordia Nous avions choisi cet hôtel parce qu'il offrait le service de navette pour l'aéroport pour 6 personnes, à l'heure de notre choix et à un coût raisonnable. De plus, il ne se trouvait pas trop loin de l'endroit où nous devions remettre la voiture. Et finalement, il disposait d'un ascenseur, ce qui n'est pas négligeable lorsque nous avons de gros bagages et que l'hôtel est au 4 e étage. Tout a été parfait ! nous n'avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise. Nous avons été bien accueillis, aidé pour nos bagages, bien conseillé pour nos visites . Nous avons été réveillés à l'heure demandée et on nous a même offert un café à 4h00 du matin, juste avant de prendre la navette pour l'aéroport ! Petit détail fort apprécié ! Un peu bruyant par contre.

Hotel Concordia We was put into a different room on the first night, this room was very bare, health and safety would of had a field day with the bathroom and the rug in the bedroom. The room we had for the second and third night was much better, it was really lovely and worth the money for the room. The breakfast was a disgrace, it was a very poor excuse and you could not communicate with the staff as they didn't speak english. I know it was only one star, but the breakfast really could have been better.

Hotel Concordia We loved the hotel, and the owner was super helpful in our sightseeing plans as well as restaurant recommendations. Palermo was noisy (traffic), but that would be true for any hotel in that area. The breakfast was a little skimpy, but again, that is true in many places in Italy. We definitely would stay there again if we were to go back to Palermo.

Hotel Concordia Superb location just a few minutes walk from the train station. Good base to explore the markets and old streets of Palermo. Easy walk or bus ride into modern Palermo and 30 minutes from Mondello Beach on the bus. Our room had lovely decor and was very spacious. We were located at the front of the hotel which we found quite noisy with staff in the morning. Staff were friendly, and although English was difficult to communicate, they were helpful...having said that look out for the list of excursions which are listed behind reception, no-one pointed these out to us until we had checked out!!

Hotel Concordia Very pleaseant stay nice rooms and nice staff. Only negative was having to ask for hot water for shower having to wait 15 minutes then getting 5 minutes shower before water turned off !

Hotel Concordia Very often during breakfast the staff would be chatting among themselves rather than checking on the clients. The included breakfast was inadequate. I had to ask for certain times rather than being informed that they were available. Some staff members would smoke at or near the front desk.

Hotel Concordia Very good hotel, spotlessly clean, clean towels every day, choice of breakfast was not that good, only sweet cakes and buns. The beds very not that comfortable. However overall impression and value for money was good.

Hotel Concordia We had a very pleasant stay in Palermo and were very satisfied with Hotel Concordia. The staff was efficient and very kind. Cake for breakfast is not what we are used to in Denmark (or northern Europe), but we know that´s the way it is in Italy. Anyhow we missed our bread, cheese and marmelade, but we found a very good bakery at Mercato Vucciria nearby. From our room we had a lovely view over the roofs and churchtowers of Palermo, and the position of the hotel was very good. You could find almost every attraction in walking distance. We would like to come back to Palermo, and we will stay at the same hotel the next time.

Hotel Concordia Should be noted that not all the staff are able to speak English, and therefore, this makes it hard for international travellers without knowledge of Italian or French to communicate with the staff at the reception.

Hotel Concordia I was not expecting as good a hotel as this.

Hotel Concordia We requested an hotel transfer for our arrival as we were arriving late on a Sunday night. It all went very smoothly. Would be nice if some of the staff could speak English. Only one staff member could, but he was then very helpful.

Hotel Concordia un ottimo hotel, l'unica delusione il parcheggio convenzionato nelle vicinanze, non era sottinteso.

Hotel Concordia Quiet, nice, little motel. For that price is a real bargain. The waiter has got a nasty mullet, but he is corteous and reliable.

Hotel Concordia Pensavamo fosse un'albergo un piu' grande, pero' va benissimo. Non hanno una sala per fare la colazione, pero' la portano nella stanza. Per un breve soggiorno a Palermo direi che va benissimo. L'ubicazione e' anche eccellente e la gente amabilissima.

Hotel Concordia non ho nessun commento da fare sono rimasto soddisfatto sia della struttura che del personale disponibilissimo e molto cortese.

Hotel Concordia Das Hotel hat ein gutes Preis leistungsverhältnis und liegt sehr zentral als Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungs- Touren in Palermo. Auch der Shuttle -Service funktionierte prima. Was uns störte war, dass wir bei unserer Ankunft im Hotel(22.00)nicht mal mehr eine Flasche Wasser bekommen konnten. Das Frühstück war in Anbetracht des Hotelpreises in Ordnung. Birgitta Koch

Hotel Concordia Die Zimmer sowie Aufenthaltsräume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, spricht jedoch nur italienisch. Obwohl das Hotel mitten im belebten zentrum lag, hat man den Straßenverkehr gar nicht gehört (gute Fenster). Leider hatten wir das Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption. Man hörte immer die neu angekommenen Gäste sowie das Telefon. Die etwas weiter von der Rezeption entfernten Zimmer wären besser gewesen. Das Hotel kann man empfehlen, wenn man ein Zimmer am Ende des Flurs bekommt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Es gab 2 sorten Säfte, 5 Sorten Kuchen, 2 Sorten Croissants (Pudding und Marmelade), Semmeln und Schinken und Käse, einige Marmeladensorten und Butter. Der Kaffee wurde frisch serviert (Cappucino, Latte Machiato...). Verglichen mit weiteren Hotels die wir anschließend im restlichen Sizilien hatte, war es das beste Frühstück. Für eine Städtereise das ideale Hotel. Der Bahnhof sowie alle Sehenswürdigkeiten lagen nur einen Spaziergang entfernt.

Hotel Concordia Es gibt keinen Frühstücksraum in dem Hotel und das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer ist nicht berauschend, alles aus der Tüte, aber das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
